Refunds & Returns Policy

At The Celtic Brotherhood, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when returning an item.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:
✔ Return Window: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
✔ Product Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
✔ Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Custom or personalized items (e.g., hoodies with custom embroidery)
❌ Gift cards and promotional items
❌ Clearance or final sale items
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions, including where to send your item.
3️⃣ Ship the Item: Package the item securely and send it to the return address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4️⃣ Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days.
3. Refund Process & Timeframes
✔ Approved Returns: Once we approve your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
✔ Refund Notification: You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
✔ Processing Time: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color:
✔ Contact Us within 14 days of receiving your order.
✔ If the requested item is in stock, we will process the exchange once we receive your original item.
✔ If the item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund instead.
5. Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
We take quality seriously! If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
6. Return Shipping Costs & Responsibilities
✔ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged goods).
✔ We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of lost or undelivered parcels.
✔ If returning from outside the UK, please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees.
